Review: Lacquer Liner - SEVENTEEN
My last purchase was at the airport, a liquid eye liner because my Kiko been strange so I wait the airport and bought this one, and I'm not disappointed at all.
I searched a not waterproof black eyeliner of a brand I can't find in France, and I find this little one who make me surprised when I used it for the first time.
It's an 24 hours wear but not waterproof.
This Wet Look Lacquer Eye Liner gives a wet look shine one dry, giving a lacquered edge to any eye look.
This liner can be used either as a liner or with creme shadow to create a glossy/ weteye look. (description by the brand).

Little thin black packaging, with a thin brush.
It's a black pigmented formula, I don't take attention about the wet finish, but I really like it because it's easy to use.
My final review:
It's a good product, really interesting low price, I'm very satisfed about this products - I'm not too exigeant for a eye liner - and the most important is the good black pigmentation plus the easy to apply and this little one have the both.
